Where it is

We defined the area by the six neighborhoods named above as they are mapped on OpenStreetMap. They lie east of the town center, around the Wake Forest Reservoir, about 3.4 miles by road from Town Hall. About two-thirds of the points we checked were inside the town limits on OpenStreetMap’s town boundary; each of the six neighborhoods was partly inside and partly outside. The Census Bureau’s geocoder places the middle of the area inside the Town of Wake Forest. The area is in ZIP code 27587.
